- Leadership: Provide overall leadership, management, and success of the community, including financial management, hiring, supervising, training, team member relations and recognition, communication, family services, resident well-being, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve community goals, including budget preparation, sales and marketing strategies, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded through prompt response to customer inquiries, resolution of customer complaints, and provision of exceptional customer service.
