Responsibilities
The Kitchen Operations Specialist will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen spaces. This includes:
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment in the kitchen.
- Setting up and maintaining dish and pot washing areas.
- Operating dish machines and maintaining accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment.
- Performing assigned janitorial duties.
Requirements
- One year of job-related experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of CPR, First Aid, ServSafe Food Handler, and Local Health Department Food Handler certifications may be required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
