The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner. Key responsibilities include:
- Administration of medications
- Documentation of medication administration
- Conducting SHUs (Service and Health Updates)
- Providing resident care while demonstrating the Sunrise Senior Living mission and values
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid LPN or LVN license
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of the resident
- Ability to remain calm and composed in difficult situations
