Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Health Services Manager to oversee the health and wellness of our residents. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to provide high-quality clinical care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the department budget, including labor/labour and other expenses.
- Process and submit monthly expenses and budget data in a timely manner.
- Understand the internal costs associated with all Sunrise resident care programs.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum two (2) years RN experience with at least one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment preferred.
