Responsibilities
The LPN Medication Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient administration of medications and treatments to our residents. This includes reviewing and implementing medication protocols, monitoring resident health and well-being, and participating in team meetings to ensure seamless communication and care.
