The Care Manager HHA, CNA will provide comprehensive care and support to a consistent group of residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, individualized care plans, and participation in life skills and other enriching activities. You will work collaboratively with our community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, promote risk management, and maintain Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
