- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director (RCD).
- Participate in the development of ISPs and monthly updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information, including medication lists.
- Report any resident concerns or issues to the RCD or Wellness Nurse.
