About the Role
As a Medication Care Specialist at Sunrise Senior Living, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest degree of quality care and services are provided to our residents. This includes but is not limited to:
- Administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Reviewing and documenting medication administration records
- Participating in daily Cross Over meetings to discuss resident care plans
- Collaborating with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse to ensure accurate medication administration
This is a part-time position available on 1st shift, from 5:45am to 2:15pm.
