Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Document medication administration and updates in resident records
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
Requirements:
- LPN or LVN licensure required
- Minimum 1 year experience in geriatric care preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull carts as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
