The Medication Management LPN is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to our residents. This includes reviewing medication orders, preparing and administering medications, and monitoring residents for adverse reactions.

The Medication Management LPN is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to our residents. This includes reviewing medication orders, preparing and administering medications, and monitoring residents for adverse reactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review medication orders from physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
- Prepare and administer medications to residents in accordance with their individualized service plans and medication administration records.
- Monitor residents for adverse reactions to medications and report any concerns to the RCD or Wellness Nurse.
- Document all medication administrations, including dosages, times, and any notable events or reactions.
