Responsibilities
- Administers medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Reviews and documents medication administration
- Conducts SHUs and provides resident care
- Participates in infection control and safety initiatives
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or equivalent
- Certifications as required by state/province or other regulating authorities
- Maintains confidentiality of resident information
- Reports all accidents/incidents immediately
