Job Description
This position requires a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN) with experience in long-term care, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospital, and/or full-service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing practices, techniques, and methods as applied to skilled nursing and resident care. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities and make sound decisions. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our residents, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Graduate of an approved college/school of nursing
- Current state license as a Practical Nurse/Vocational Nurse
- A minimum of one year experience in long-term care, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospital, and/or full-service operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods as applied to skilled nursing and resident care
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
