About This Role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will be responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Document medication administration and maintain accurate records
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates
- Transcribe orders and ensure accurate communication with healthcare teams
Qualifications:
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
- Maintain certifications and ongoing training as required by Sunrise and state/provincial regulations
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Desire to serve and care for seniors
