Job Summary
The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner. This includes reviewing, reading, notating, and initializing daily logs, receiving medication updates from the RCD or Wellness Nurse, and administering, assisting with, and observing medications and treatments for each resident.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Medication Administration: Administer medications safely and accurately, document medication administration, and ensure accurate tracking of medication usage.
- Resident Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans, provide direct care to residents, and report any concerns or issues to the RCD or Wellness Nurse.
- Risk Management and General Safety: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, identify and mitigate risks, and develop and implement safety protocols.
