We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team as a Medication Care Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner. This includes reviewing medication updates from the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse, documenting medication administration, and conducting SHUs (Service and Health Updates) as directed. Additionally, you will participate in daily Cross Over meetings and attend training sessions to ensure compliance with Sunrise policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Current LPN license.
- Experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of the resident.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
