We are seeking a skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise of North Lynbrook. As a Medication Care Manager, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments in accordance with resident care plans and physician orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Document medication administration and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director (RCD) and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care plans.
- Provide education and support to residents and families regarding medication management and health-related issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and treatment areas.
