- Documentation: Accurately document medication administration, including any refusals or missed doses, to maintain accurate resident records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Resident Care Director and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
- Risk Management: Identify and report any potential risks or hazards within the community, adhering to OSHA and Sunrise policies to ensure a safe working environment.
