Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or state/province-specific licensed nurse credential
- Certifications in CPR and First Aid
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
