Job Description:
The LPN Medication Care Manager is a critical member of our care team, responsible for ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and services. This role requires strong clinical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Conduct SHUs and provide resident care
- Review and document medication administration records
- Participate in daily Cross Over meetings and attend training sessions
Requirements:
- LPN or LVN licensure
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
