About the Role
The Medication Care Manager is responsible for administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner. This includes reviewing and documenting resident information, receiving medication updates from the Resident Care Director, and ensuring that medications are passed according to times.
As a Medication Care Manager, you will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all resident information, reporting resident concerns, and restocking medication carts.

Requirements
