We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team as a Medication Care Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents by administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate medication records and document all medication administration.
- Collaborate with the RCD to develop and implement effective SHUs.
- Participate in the development of ISPs and monthly updates.
- Ensure that all orders are transcribed accurately and completely.
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential.
- Certifications such as CPR and First Aid must be maintained.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound judgments and decisions in a fast-paced environment.
