Key Responsibilities
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments according to individualized care plans, document medication administration, and collaborate with the RCD and Wellness Nurse to ensure accurate medication updates.
- Resident Care: Assist with conducting Service and Health Updates, participate in developing Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
- Risk Management and General Safety: Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA/British Columbia Workers Compensation Act and Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requirements.
