Role Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document medication administration, allergies, and other relevant information
- Review and update medication profiles regularly
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care planning
- Provide education and support to residents and families regarding medication management and health conditions
Qualifications:
- Current LPN licensure
- Experience working with geriatric populations preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive resident information
