Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have excellent assessment skills, possess written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. You will be responsible for coordinating health needs, monitoring medication administration, communicating with resident support services and families, and ensuring quality care and services are being provided and documented in a consistent manner.
