- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with Resident Care Directors (RCD) and Wellness Nurses to ensure accurate medication updates.
- Document and record resident information, including medication administration and treatment plans.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Prior experience working with seniors an asset.
- Ability to make decisions and act in the best interest of residents.
