Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications in accordance with resident care plans and regulatory requirements.
- Document medication administration to maintain accurate records.
- Lead daily Cross Over meetings to ensure effective communication and teamwork among staff members.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to medication management.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications in medication management may be preferred.
- At least one year of experience working with seniors in assisted living, home health, independent living, hospital, or long-term care environments.
- Demonstrated leadership competencies and ability to delegate tasks effectively.
