Senior Nurse Administrator Role
As a Senior Nurse Administrator at Sunrise Senior Living, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of medication and treatments in our facilities. This includes reviewing medication updates from the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse, documenting medication administration, and conducting SHUs as directed. You will also participate in daily Cross Over meetings and attend training sessions to ensure compliance with Sunrise policies and procedures. Additionally, you will lead a team of caregivers and provide guidance and support to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

- Oversee the administration of medication and treatments in our facilities.
- Review and document medication updates from the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse.
- Conduct SHUs as directed by the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse.
- Lead a team of caregivers and provide guidance and support to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
- Participate in daily Cross Over meetings to discuss resident care and concerns.
- Attend training sessions to ensure compliance with Sunrise policies and procedures.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the following requirements:
- Current LPN license.
- Experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of the resident.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
