About the Role
The Med Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner. This role requires a minimum of six months experience working with seniors in assisted living, home health, independent living, hospital, or long-term care environments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest. They must be able to react and remain calm in difficult situations, demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence.
