**About the Position:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and caring Licensed Nurse to join our team as a Medication Administrator. As a Medication Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest degree of quality care and services for our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner. You will review and document medication administration records, receive updates from the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse, and ensure that medications are passed according to times.
You will also maintain confidentiality of all resident information, report any concerns to the RCD or Wellness Nurse, and restock medication carts after each medication pass. Additionally, you will assist with checking medication regardless of packaging system, assess residents for 'as needed medication,' and count narcotics with another Medication Care Manager or Lead Care Manager each shift.
