As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner, ensuring the highest level of quality care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and Sunrise policies
- Document medication administration and any resident concerns or issues
- Conduct Service and Health Updates (SHUs) as directed by the Resident Care Director
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state licensure
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
- Ability to react calmly in difficult situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
