- Coordinating resident health and wellness needs.
- Managing medication programs and completing assessments and individual service plans.
- Leading a team of clinical professionals and evaluating their performance and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Current State License as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Two years of experience in home health, assisted living, or long term care.
- Minimum one year nurse management experience.
