Role Overview
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an experienced LPN to join our team as a Medication Care Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medication and treatments, reviewing and documenting resident care plans, conducting SHUs, and providing resident care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be committed to delivering high-quality resident care and upholding the Mission for Sunrise Senior Living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Review and document resident care plans
- Conduct SHUs and provide resident care
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
The successful candidate will be required to maintain accurate records and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
