">Key Responsibilities

- Review and administer medications and treatments according to resident needs and medical orders. ">
- Document medication administration accurately and thoroughly. ">
- Conduct SHUs (Service and Health Updates) as directed by the Resident Care Director (RCD). ">
- Provide resident care while promoting dignity, physical safety, and independence. ">
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident information. ">
- Report any resident concerns or issues to the RCD or Wellness Nurse. ">
- Ensure that medications are passed according to times. ">
Requirements

- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential. ">
- CPR and First Aid certification. ">
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents. ">
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ">
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred. ">
