- Coordinate resident care services and activities.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the Resident Care Director.
- Monitor resident progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field.
- Experience working with geriatric populations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
