About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Resident Care Director to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. This role requires a strong background in nursing leadership, experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical programs and policies to ensure high-quality care
- Train and mentor clinical team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care
- Collaborate with the regional director of resident care to provide education and training to clinical staff
Qualifications:
- Current state license as a Professional Registered Nurse per state regulations
- Experience in assisted living and/or long-term care
- A minimum of five years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstration of competence in assessment skills, injections/medication administration, follow-up, and triage
- Minimum two years of nursing management experience, including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline, and counseling
