We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our residents.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the nursing team to provide exceptional care and service to our residents.
Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers to coordinate care and services for the residents.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Recruit, hire, and train qualified nursing staff to meet the needs of our residents.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality of care and service.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
Minimum two (2) years RN experience with at least one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
Certified in CPR and First Aid.
