About the Role
The Senior Care Manager is a critical position that requires a skilled and compassionate individual to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents. As a member of the Sunrise Senior Living team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
- Delivering High-Quality Care: Administer medications, document administration, conduct SHUs, and provide resident care while adhering to Sunrise's Mission and policies.
- Collaborating with the Team: Participate in daily Cross Over meetings, conduct Service and Health Updates, and develop Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) in collaboration with the Resident Care Director.
- Maintaining a Safe Environment: Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA/British Columbia Workers Compensation Act and Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requirements.
