Job Description
The Medication Administration Expert will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and service delivery to our residents. This includes:
- Administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Collaborating with Resident Care Directors (RCD) and Wellness Nurses to ensure accurate medication updates.
- Documenting and recording resident information, including medication administration and treatment plans.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Prior experience working with seniors an asset.
- Ability to make decisions and act in the best interest of residents.
