Job Description
The Care Manager will be responsible for providing individualized care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, attending to individual care needs, and getting to know each resident's unique preferences and personalities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with life skills and other life enriching activities
- Respond to dining needs of residents and guests
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)
- Collaborate with community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements
Qualifications:
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
- High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations
