The LPN Medication Administration is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner. Key responsibilities include:
- Administration of medications and treatments
- Documentation of medication administration and resident care
- SHU conduct and provision of resident care
- Risk management and general safety
- Partnership with community team to ensure compliance with OSHA/British Columbia Workers Compensation Act and Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requirements
