We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team as a Senior Care Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with resident care plans and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Document medication administration and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to Sunrise's Principles of Service.
Requirements:
- Licenses/Certifications: LPN license in good standing; CPR/First Aid certification;
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred;
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents;
- Ability to remain calm and composed in difficult situations;
