- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by Resident Care Director
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
Requirements
- Current LPN licensure in the state/province where employed
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to make sound judgments and decisions regarding resident care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
