Main Responsibilities
- Administer medication and treatments according to established protocols and procedures.
- Document and maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident care.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and Individualized Care Plans (ICPs).
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and resident care principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
