About the Role:
The LPN Medication Care Manager is a critical member of our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a licensed nurse, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Providing medication education to residents and families
- Conducting SHUs and documenting resident health updates
- Participating in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP)/Individualized Care Plans (ICP)
- Transcribing orders and maintaining accurate medication records
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Desire to serve and care for seniors
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
