- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document and initialize daily logs to track resident information
- Receive medication updates from Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse
Responsibilities:
As a Medication Care Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing medication administration and passing according to times
- Ensuring accurate documentation of medication administration
- Notifying Resident Care Director of any resident concerns through the LEAD process
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following qualifications:
- LPN license
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and react calmly in difficult situations
