Job Overview
The Senior Care Medication Manager is a critical role within our community, responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents. This includes administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner, as well as conducting Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Document medication administration and any resident concerns or issues.
- Conduct daily Cross Over meetings with team members to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) for residents.
