Responsibilities

- Administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of medication administration.
- Conducting Service and Health Updates as directed by the RCD.
- Transcribing orders.
- Participating in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)/Individualized Care Plans (ICPs).
- Auditing medication carts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to make choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interest.
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and level of understanding.
