Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is a leading provider of senior living communities. We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team as a Medication Care Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to administer medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner. They will also be responsible for reviewing and documenting resident care plans, conducting SHUs, and providing resident care while demonstrating the Mission for Sunrise Senior Living.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Review and document resident care plans
- Conduct SHUs and provide resident care
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality resident care.
