Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Provide assistance with life skills, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as engage residents in life-enriching activities and hobbies.
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
