Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with life skills, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
- Notify management of any changes in a resident's condition or needs.
- Participate in the development of ISPs for residents.
Requirements
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents.
- High school diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
